I carefully watched the 'Beginner's Guide' course for Phuket property buyers because I was in a similar situation about two years ago when I bought my apartments on the island with Sergey’s help. Everything he told me back then—he repeats now. But now he knows even more. With him, everything is simple—he’s an agent who always stands on the client’s side. Since he doesn’t say ‘everything will be fine,’ he probably sells fewer apartments than he could. There’s only one problem with the course—Sergey seems to have forgotten his school math and therefore calculates apartment profitability using the ‘simple interest’ formula instead of the ‘compound interest’ one as it should be. That’s why the figures are always slightly inflated.

After watching all the videos, the information I previously received fell into place. A general understanding came. It's good that the main points are also given in the form of summaries and tables. I printed them out, and with a quick review, the information pops back into memory. This is very convenient. I would note as a drawback that the examples of objects are given for 2018. Possibly some information about construction status and prices is already outdated. In some videos, there are also mentions of 2018, and now at the end of 2019, this data feels somewhat old.
